Please note that in most states, most people who work with children are MANDATORY REPORTERS of suspected child abuse, (Click Here  to review the Texas Family Code Article discussing mandatory reporting) meaning that if you are a mandatory reporter of abuse and DO NOT report to CPS/law enforcement, then you could potentially expose yourself to both criminal and civil liability.

All employees and staff members of the Children's Advocacy Center of Comal County, Inc. are mandatory reporters and are required by law to report any and all child abuse allegations, whether made in person, via email or by letter.
